Return/Exchange

Contact us right away if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

You have 14 days (excluding weekends) from delivery to report an issue. All hair care and wellness products are final sale unless they arrive damaged/defective or you received the wrong item.

Order number

Shipping address

Email used for the order

Photos of the damage/issue (required)

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges: If approved, we’ll send the correct item or a replacement of equal value.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/credit card provider.
